Avocet View is situated on Freeman Street in the centre of Wells-next-the-sea, just a few minutes' walk from the Quay, and enjoys a wonderful open view across the playing field to the pinewoods in the distance.
Beautifully renovated with holidaymakers foremost in mind, the bungalow is deceptively spacious and immaculately presented in a contemporary seaside style. With a modern, well-equipped fitted kitchen, a comfortable sitting room with 'the view' and dining area, and three bedrooms (two king-size and one twin), and two bathrooms, Avocet View is proving to be a firm favourite with families, couples and friends throughout the year. Outside there is a small private courtyard, and an off-road parking space for one car.
Despite the close proximity to town, the bungalow is tucked quietly away and is a lovely peaceful retreat to return to at the end of a busy day out and about exploring everything on offer in this lovely part of North Norfolk.
