With big windows, light interiors and quality fittings throughout, this modern contemporary idyll has wonderful harbour views from the fully-enclosed rear garden. Kipling House oozes natural coastal charm and is situated in a superb central location for those wanting to enjoy a relaxing week, or long weekend away right on the coast and yet within easy reach of local shops and restaurants.

Following a striking interior redesign, this beautiful holiday home with four delightful bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of which are en-suites) is furnished imaginatively by the owner, with statement pieces set against a backdrop of soft muted colours and plenty of personality.

Th rear enclosed garden is the perfect location for breakfast or summer barbecues, or simply enjoying an evening drink in the pretty pergola. From here you can enjoy spectacular views down to the harbour. A gate leads onto to a quiet lane with direct access to the Quay.

Unusually for Wells-next-the-Sea, there is parking for two or three cars (depending on size) on the front gravel driveway. This beautiful house is perfect for those looking for a coastal escape at any time of the year just metres from the Quay.
