Patio area directly outside the cottage with BBQ and large garden enclosed but not dog proof
Dogs welcome free of charge 2 maximum
Friday changeover in the summer months Wifi rural heating and electricity included Natural water supply from a spring Bed linen and towels provided Arrive from 3 pm Depart by 10 am
A refundable security deposit of
200 is required for this property to cover the cost of possible damage during your stay All things being well this security deposit will be returned shortly after your departure providing there is no damage to the property or its contents Two weeks prior to your arrival you will need to contact the owners to make arrangements regarding the payment of the security deposit
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement You are expected to be vigilant and keep your dog s under close control at all times as there is likely to be livestock in the immediate vicinity There is a forestry track leading from the garden that you can exercise your dog in for a short walk There are lots of lovely walks a short drive from the farm where your dog can be exercised freely including dog friendly beaches
