Situated near West Cliff, it is very central with restaurants, tea rooms, bars and shops nearby and the beach and harbour - with its award-winning restaurants and champagne bars - is a five minute stroll.
With access via a stunning staircase, the spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, feature fireplace and two comfortable chairs for relaxing with a glass of wine before dinner.
The smart fitted kitchen/diner has an electric oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker and microwave, and of course a table and chairs for those romantic, candlelit dinners for two!
