The surrounding countryside is rich with stunning scenery in which to go walking, cycling or wildlife watching. Tour the many historic houses and gardens of this lovely region, play golf, go fishing or horse riding, or spend some time visiting Tedstone Wafre’s neighbouring towns including Bromyard with its amazing half-timbered buildings; Tenbury Wells, which is known for the quality of its apple crops, and the pretty town of Ludlow, worth visiting for its superb shopping and great pubs and restaurants.

Dacre Lakeside Park - (Driffield, Yorkshire) - Dacre Lakeside Park is set in Brandesburton. Guests at the resort will be able to enjoy activities in and around Brandesburton, like fishing.

Endymion - (Ringwood, Dorset) - Composed of a scattering of farms and cottages, the little hamlet of Linwood is found towards the western end of the New Forest National Park, not far from Ringwood - a community well served by two pubs renowned for their good food and real ales. The New Forest – the country's smallest National Park – is comprised of 150 square miles of magnificent woodland and heather covered heathland dotted with picturesque villages. The area is famous for its unusual wildlife such as herds of wild ponies, cattle and deer, and a great many species of birds. The forest is full of wonderful paths, which are great for walking, cycling and horse riding with bike hire and pony trekking available from nearby Burley. The famous National Motor Museum at Beaulieu is within easy reach, as are the stunning gardens at Exbury.

No 50 Valley Lodge - (Tavistock, Cornwall) - The small village of Gunnislake lies on the steeply wooded banks of the River Tamar. It has village pubs and a small selection of shops.

Brazengate - (Threshfield, North Yorkshire) - Long Ashes Leisure Park is set in extensive grounds near Threshfield in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park. Marlie Farm Holiday Park - (New Romney, Kent) - Actually its more of a driver plus 3-wood as Littlestone Golf Club is situated between Marlie Farm and the nearest beach. At Park holidays UK, we often ask team members what their favourite parks are and Marlie Farm always seems to be in the top 3! Thats high praise indeed with 24 other parks to choose from. The superb entertainment venue room has a separate bar and restaurant so you can dance or dine in perfect surroundings whatever you choose. The small indoor pool is nice for a dip after a day out and theres a safe adventure play area for the younger holiday guests. Marlie Farm is a great place for nature lovers. Adjacent to the park is a site of special scientific interest and Marlie is home to a large colony of rabbits, plus one of our very own Loopy! Chichester Lakeside Holiday Park - (Chichester, West Sussex) - Located just outside the historic town of Chichester, West Sussex the park probably has more water than land! This means 10 large fishing lakes set in over 150 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside and yet the park is just 2 minutes from the A27, giving you quick and easy access to your pitch. Chichester Lakeside is only a few miles from the beach and the traditional seaside resort of Bognor Regis - what an unbelievable location!

Miramar Lodge - (Alnwick, Northumberland) - Best known for its castle, which was recently used as a location for Hogwarts School in the Harry Potter film series, Warkworth is a charming small village with a colourful history and an attractive 1200-year old church.
