The picturesque village of Grassington is only two miles away and has a delightful cobbled market square with traditional stone cottages and shops surrounding it. With excellent walks in the area and many historic houses and attractions, Threshfield is a great base for a family holiday.

Golden Sands Holiday Park - (Dawlish, Devon) - South Devon is just about the most popular place in the country to visit and Dawlish is no exception, thats why Park Holidays UK has 3 fantastic Holiday parks there (hope we dont seem too greedy, we just love the area). Golden Sands is new to Park Holidays UK but it feels like its been part of the group for years and families have been enjoying their holidays at Golden Sands for years. Broadland Sands Holiday Park - (Lowestoft, Suffolk) - Broadland Sands has a great selection of facilities on the park, including a spectacular outdoor pool with 45 metre flume and paddling pool, a family entertainment venue, a sports bar and snooker lounge, plus a restaurant and takeaway.

Marlie Farm Holiday Park - (New Romney, Kent) - Actually its more of a driver plus 3-wood as Littlestone Golf Club is situated between Marlie Farm and the nearest beach. At Park holidays UK, we often ask team members what their favourite parks are and Marlie Farm always seems to be in the top 3! Thats high praise indeed with 24 other parks to choose from. The superb entertainment venue room has a separate bar and restaurant so you can dance or dine in perfect surroundings whatever you choose. The small indoor pool is nice for a dip after a day out and theres a safe adventure play area for the younger holiday guests. Marlie Farm is a great place for nature lovers. Adjacent to the park is a site of special scientific interest and Marlie is home to a large colony of rabbits, plus one of our very own Loopy! Forest Glade Holiday Park - (Cullompton, Devon) - 4 star holiday park set in a forest clearing on the Blackdown Hills in mid Devon.
