Higher Forda is a beautiful detached barn conversion located near the village of Bradworthy, Devon. Hosting four bedrooms; two first floor super king-size with en-suite, a first floor double with en-suite shower room, and a ground floor double with en-suite bathroom, along with a wet room, this property can sleep up to eight people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area, along with a snug, and a laundry room, accessible from the outside. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars, a gravelled area with furniture, and a children's play area with summer house. Situated in a countryside setting with surrounding views, Higher Forda is a wonderful retreat in an inspiring part of England.

Gravelled area with furniture, and a children's play area and child's wendy house . BBQ, wood fired hot tub and a spacious lawn area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Several steps on the ground floor of the cottage between rooms. Note:Pushchair, and bed guard also available on request. Note: The utility room, which has steps leading up to the door, is accessed via the garden and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
