Post Mill Cottage is an absolutely charming little cottage hideaway in the lovely village of Burnham Overy Staithe, and located in a quiet side street off the main road.
It has been sympathetically renovated, furnished and decorated to provide contemporary accommodation whilst retaining all the original charm of the property. With a double bed and bunk bedroom it suits a young family, or couples with or without a dog, looking for a sweet little traditional cottage by the coast. With a wood burning stove it is very cosy in winter, and in a great location for days sailing, walking or on the beach in summer. You can walk or cycle for miles from your doorstep, or just a few hundred metres to the lovely Hero pub! Enjoy birdwatching around the nearby marshes, catch the regular coastlink bus and leave the car behind all week, Although the kitchen is compact, it has all you need for holiday catering and there are additional utility facilities including washing machine and dryer in the outhouse to the side of the cottages.
There is a lovely communal garden to the rear of the property. You are also opposite the village playing fields, with swings and slide for youngsters to enjoy.
