2 Cark House is a quality ground floor apartment within a Georgian gentleman's residence in the village of Cark in Cartmel. The property has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for one car, and shared use of the riverside grounds. 2 Cark House is well placed for the amenities of Cark, and for heading further afield to Cartmel, Grange-over-Sands and the Lake District National Park.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in 2 Cark House's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at 2 Cark House. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
