The cottage has a king-size double bedroom on the first floor, with the rest of the accommodation on the ground floor and comprising a shower room, kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for one car, and a garden with deck and furniture. The Linney is perfectly placed for enjoying the Tamar Valley, Dartmoor National Park and so many more of Devon and North Cornwall's attractions.
