Shower room with basin, WC, heated towel rail and walk in shower. Second floor with landing area. Bedroom 1 with 5ft king-size bed and sash window overlooking Foss Street. Bedroom 2 with king size 5ft zip link bed (please advise at time of booking if you require as two singles as this will not be possible after arrival) and sash windows offering views along Duke Street towards the Boat Float and Royal Avenue Gardens. Bathroom with basin, WC, heated towel rail and bath with shower over. Bedroom 3 with 4ft 6 double bed and sash window overlooking Victoria Road.
