Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite, a twin, and a single, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. To the outside is off road parking for one car, and an enclosed patio with furniture, and garden to the front. As well as shared communal grounds. Placed in a wonderful location with much to explore nearby, Merewood Stables is a lovely retreat in a delightful part of England.

Bedding and towels inc in rent. Lounge TV and DVD player and Hi-Fi with Bluetooth connectivity and CD, DAB FM and internet radio with over 20,000 stations. Each bedroom has TV and DVD and FM and DAB alarm clock radio with Bluetooth. WiFi, selection of books, maps, games and DVDs. Highchair and travel cot are stored in the cupboard in the single bedroom (please bring your own bedding). Dedicated parking space and additional off road parking in "visitor" spaces. Enclosed private rear patio with furniture, and garden to the front with bench. Bicycle rack on rear patio for five bicycles (please provide your own locks). Shared communal grounds. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub at Troutbeck Bridge 1 mile, daytime café at Brockhole and five local hotels a short walk away. Numerous restaurants in the area; details and recommendations in the house.
