Walking distance to the beach and coastal path. 1.5 miles to Polruan which offers a Post Office, Shops, Pubs, General Store, Tea Rooms and the passenger Ferry to Fowey. 2 miles to Fowey. Note: There is a pond in the cottage garden. Note: Children, including infants, are not accepted at this property.
