No 39 Kenwick Woods is a modern Scandinavian open plan lodge, nestled within the 80 acre Kenwick Woods, on the 320 acre Kenwick Country Park Estate near to Louth in Lincolnshire. With two king-size double bedrooms (one with an e-suite) and one twin, this cottage can sleep up to six people. There is an additional family bathroom and a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area with French doors opening onto a veranda which contains garden furniture. There is an 18-hole golf course for which there is an additional charge, and free use of leisure facilities in a nearby leisure centre. Ideal for people who fancy a bit of get up and go on their holiday, No. 39 Kenwick Woods is a fantastic holiday home in a wonderful location.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in No. 39 Kenwick Woods's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own towels for use in Leisure Centre. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Veranda with furniture. Free use of facilities at Meridian Leisure Centre in Louth, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Gym classes are available at no extra charge, but need to be booked in advance. Golf and tennis courts are available at Kenwick Hotel and are subject to a discounted daily charge and need to be booked in advance. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Bar/restaurant on-site. Shop and pub 1.5 miles, beach 15 miles. Note: Limited use of leisure facilities over the Christmas/New Year period. Note: BBQs not allowed on-site due to woodland location.
