Set all on ground floor, it boasts four bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room, two doubles, and a family room with four single beds, sleeping 10 altogether. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen, utility, living/dining room, conservatory and games room. to the outside is a large garden and off-road parking for four cars. Tan Y Fedwen is a lovely cottage to be shared with family and friends the year-round.
