6A Elms Avenue is a wonderfully appointed maisonette situated in the seaside town of Lytham and St Annes-on-Sea in Lancashire. It plays host to three bedrooms; a double and a twin room on the first floor with another double room resting on the second floor. There is also a family bathroom on th first floor alongside a kitchen, utility and a sitting room with a dining area and feature stove. Outside benefits a quaint patio area to the rear of the building with furniture and there is generous roadside parking. 6A Elms Avenue is a delightful base for a memorable family holiday.
There is wifi or internet access available at The Elms in Lytham St. Annes. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.

Highchair, stairgate and cot available on request. On street parking immediately outside property, quiet residential street. Patio to the rear with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Steep staircase up to apartment. Note: The Fireplace is currently not operational.Note: Please be aware that this is a residential area and noise should be kept to a minimum after 11pm. Note: No stags or hen parties. This Owner only accepts minimum 3 night stay.
