Superb artwork adorns the walls and interesting architectural features such as high ceilings and beams make this a deceptively spacious property both interesting and attractive. The sailing haven of Newton Ferrers is a gateway to the scenic South West coastal path, the sandy beaches of Mothecombe and Wonwell are just a short drive, so too is the Dartmoor National Park, City of Plymouth and the beautiful surrounding area of the South Hams.
