Ideally located just minutes drive from the Isle of Wight ferries at Lymington and Keyhaven and the beach and cliff top at Milford on Sea, the cottage stands in a secluded setting only a few minutes drive from open forest, a few yards from Pennington Common and within a short walk of the village centre.
