Avallon is a wonderful, spacious detached holiday home just outside Penzance on the road to Lands End, situated down its own private lane surrounded by fields, in seven acres of its own land. The property has two double bedrooms and a bunk room, as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor shower room meaning it can accommodate up to six people. There is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room, along with a conservatory overlooking the gardens where the children can play out in the sun. There is also ample off road parking and with so much to see and do in this area of Cornwall, Avallon makes the perfect base for a getaway exploring this stunning, unspoilt region.
There is wifi or internet access available at Avallon in Penzance. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Avallon's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
