Endymion is a spacious and contemporary detached house which lies within a group of similar properties, set back from the cliff top above the sandy beach at Porthtowan.
This light and airy property is ideal for families and friends looking for a beach or walking holiday in the heart of Cornwall. A short walk down the hill to the village, with a slightly longer walk back, will take you to a large sandy, Blue Flag beach with cafes, shops and rolling surf.
The house itself is stylish and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and a separate sitting/dining area; there are four bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor near the family bathroom, which houses both a walk-in shower and a bath. There are a further two bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has an en-suite shower room.
The entrance hall is spacious and light, with plenty of storage for your walking boots or beach gear. Outside, the house has a large, enclosed garden area and terrace, with garden furniture. From here you can watch the sun set and enjoy al fresco dining to your heart's content.
