If you're looking for a lovely property in a peaceful location in the popular village of Ringstead, just a short car or cycle ride to the beach, then take a look at The Potting Shed (6). A smaller version of this popular holiday cottage (it is also available to book with the use of two additional bedrooms to accommodate 10 guests, see The Potting Shed - or with the Bothy annexe, accommodating up to 12 guests, see The Potting Shed and Bothy). This stylish luxury property offers lots of ground floor accommodation, with the luxury of three bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs, making it perfect for three couples wanting privacy when holidaying together or indeed, a smaller family.
With beautiful interiors, sprinkled with stylish, personal touches, this well-loved detached holiday home offers a warm welcome to all whom choose to stay. Overlooking open countryside to the front and rear, The Potting Shed (6) is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Ringstead, where you’ll find a fabulous pub/restaurant (stocking no less than 100 gins!), a wonderfully quirky village shop stocking all the essentials (plus everything you didn’t think you needed!) and some great walks along the Peddar’s Way and over the Ringstead downs. Bring your cycles and you can pedal down to the beach about 2 ½ miles away. Plus there’s great golfing to be found at Old Hunstanton’s famous Links course too.
This very well-equipped and spacious property provides a tranquil escape to relax and unwind together; be it for a short break to celebrate a special occasion; or for a longer stay. With a very light and bright open-plan kitchen/dining area with bi-fold doors to the garden, the kitchen is probably one of the best-equipped we’ve seen! So if you love cooking, you’ll love The Potting Shed! But if that doesn't float your boat, the charming village pub is just a short walk away.
The owner has paid immense attention to detail to all the furnishings and it’s the little touches that make this place special. Each of the bedrooms are bedecked with fine linens in neutral hues. The master king-size bedroom on the first floor boasts a lovely view to the front and comes with its own en-suite shower room; plus there are two further double rooms, one with a further en-suite and a family bathroom.
Potter around the sunny garden to your heart's content, which is perfect for alfresco dining on summer days. As the sun fades, head inside and enjoy the warmth of the wood burning stove in the spacious sitting room which comes with plenty of games and books to keep everyone amused.
Ringstead is in an ideal location to explore the whole of the North Norfolk coast; and with a good pub serving delicious food which comes with a stylish beer garden, this is a perfect house if you want to enjoy family and friends together-time. Thornham Deli, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches and great coffee, is just a short drive away and you'll find a further three good pubs/restaurants, a farm shop, pizza restaurant in a yurt, and probably the trendiest fish and chip bars, ‘Eric’s’ at Thornham too.

The Bothy annexe in the garden can be booked separately, therefore on occasions, guests who have booked this may cross the left hand side of the garden for access.
