Woodpecker Cottage is a beautifully restored 400 year old traditional Norfolk cottage. Situated in the village of Sedgeford, just three miles from the coast. The cottage is furnished to a very high standard with every modern and stylish convenience, making this a wonderful home from home.
The owners have really gone the extra mile with stylish high quality furnishings, a cosy woodburning stove, full Sky TV, and a downstairs cloakroom as well as upstairs bathroom, it's ideal for a small family or group of friends.
With two pretty enclosed gardens and a sheltered patio area, it's the perfect cottage for dogs to have a lovely holiday too, while you enjoy a barbecue or dining alfresco after a day out exploring this glorious corner of Norfolk.

Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). The garden gates are about 3' high so can't be considered fully enclosed for any larger dogs who are inclined to jump!
