Jasmine Cottage is a delightful period cottage in the pretty village of South Creake. With two bedrooms (plus children's mezzanine room) and two bathrooms in the main house and a separate annexe with double King size bedroom shower room and kitchen/living area just a few steps away, this property will appeal to a multi-generational family or group of friends looking for space and flexibility in characterful surroundings
This welcoming cottage has a large living/dining area downstairs with woodburning stove, limestone floors and a modern, stylish kitchen. Downstairs you'll also find a large shower room and access to a pretty fully-enclosed sunny back garden, perfect for children and dogs. This pretty rustic retreat is the perfect hideaway and comes with plenty of character including a Norfolk winder staircase, beams. vaulted ceilings and a quirky children's bedroom set on a mezzanie level high in the roof and accessed via a ships ladder, although there are also two conventional bedrooms on the first floor too if it is easier/safer to make use of these.
Next door (or across the garden and out through the back garden gate) you'll discover the stylish Jasmine boatshed annexe which comes with its own kitchen with breakfast bar and first floor bedroom with large shower room - perfect if some of your party want to have some privacy during their stay.
In all this property sleeps 6 and is set wonderfully close to the beautiful North Norfolk coast, designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Jasmine's location opposite the village green, play area and tennis courts in the centre of South Creake is close enough to fashionable Burnham Market, to pop and do a spot of shopping and where you will find its numerous restaurants very hard to resist! A twenty minute drive away and you’ll come across the fantastic sandy beaches at Brancaster, Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea, where you can tuck yourself away in the dunes and enjoy long summer days sunbathing.

There is under floor heating downstairs and electric panel radiators upstairs.
Care must be taken when children use the mezzanine level children's beds. It is not suitable for very young children.
Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge) - please note dogs are not permitted in Jasmine Boatshed.
Norfolk Winder stairs are, as with older character cottages, enclosed, steep, curved and narrow. Here they are wooden with a handrail on one side.
