An attractive semi-detached cottage built around 2012, Rose Cottage has the look and appeal of a traditional coastal cottage but with the benefit and comfort of all mod cons including underfloor heating throughout. Tucked away from the main coast road that runs through the village, the cottage enjoys a peaceful location and an enclosed courtyard garden. The front door leads into an open-plan, dual aspect and very pleasant open-plan living area with stunning tumbled limestone flooring and bi-folding doors that open out to the enclosed courtyard garden.There's a smart, well-equipped hand-made kitchen with granite worktops, a comfortable seating area and a large dining table inviting you to sit down and feast on some of the fabulous produce to be found locally. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with sloped ceilings (beds are king-size, double and single with trundle) and a family bathroom. There is also a shower room on the ground floor.
Rose Cottage will suit a variety of holidaymakers, looking for stylish, comfortable accommodation in the heart of North Norfolk's beautiful coastal region. This is a wonderful walking area with a choice of both inland and coastal paths to explore, with or without your dog. You can walk to Wells-next-the-Sea along the coastal path, or take the Coasthopper bus, which stops nearby on its way up and down the coastal road.
