Cress Barn is a stunning converted barn located in Warminster, Wiltshire. It has two bedrooms; one king size and one super king size (which can be twins on request). There is a separate shower room and WC, as well as a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has two garden areas with lake and countryside views and a gravelled drive with seating. Off-road parking is available for one car. Cress Barn is the ideal property for small families.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Cress Barn's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at Cress Barn. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
Why waste part of your holiday doing the washing up. Cress Barn has a dishwasher installed to save you time, and family arguements, about the washing up. Off-road parking for 1 car in front of the barn as driveway is shared with the Owners property. Two garden areas, one overlooking lake and other countryside views with gravelled drive with seating. Sorry, no pets. Sorry no smoking. Shop 15 minute scenic walk across the Wylye River to Budgens and The George Pub at Codford. Local pubs include The Carriers at Stockton (1.3 miles), The George at Codford (1.9 miles, by car), The Dove at Corton (2.2 miles) and The Prince Leopold, Upton Lovell (2.4 miles).
Please note - Although the property does not allow pets, the owners do have two small dogs.
