More about The Coach House (W)

A detached, upper level modern single-storey coach house situated on a peaceful residential development with the benefit of private parking and within easy walking distance of the town and Quay.

The Coach House enjoys light and airy, well thought out and comfortably furnished accommodation with a hint of a coastal theme. This Norfolk hideaway will appeal to a small family, a couple or even someone who is taking a holiday on their own. The open-plan living space comprises a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a relaxing sitting area where you can catch up with your favourite series on SkyQ. There are two bedrooms (a spacious king-size and a fun bunk room) and a family bathroom. The private and enclosed south facing garden is a quiet space to retreat to on a sunny day. Take a seat on the swing chair, and drink in Norfolk's big blue skies.

Wells-next-the-Sea is a vibrant seaside town, with a picturesque harbour, many independent and interesting shops to browse, and cafes, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. The quayside fish and chips come highly recommended and are a well-deserved treat after a day spent walking on the town's beautiful beach, or an hour or two trying your hand at crabbing. The Maltings art centre on the main street offers cinema, theatre and a museum with an animated history of the town and its heritage. If you fancy venturing along the coastline, to the west of Wells there is the fabulous Palladian Holkham Hall with its vast parkland, private house and beautiful beach. To the east is the coastal village of Blakeney, where you can catch a boat to see the seals on Blakeney Point, and enjoy some sailing and water sports at all levels. Both of these coastal villages, and many others, can be reached by taking a walk along the North Norfolk Coastal Path, a birder's and walker's paradise.
