Situated on the waters edge this light and spacious detached property on the banks of the Kingsbridge Estuary offers extremely well presented contemporary living within easy walking distance of Kingsbridge town. The property is in the perfect location, close to the town whilst being on the edge of the countryside. The majority of rooms look across the water and quays beyond, and from the level garden you can enjoy many varieties of tidal wildlife. A birdwatchers paradise, especially in winter. Please note: The unfenced estuary wall & footpath is immediately over the low garden wall. May be suitable for those with walking disabilities. Please discuss propertys suitability prior to booking.
